I took this image at Lake Ellyn atop a 15-foot ladder (well before drones became a popular way of getting arial images). Each year, the regatta spectacle draws hundreds oarea residents to cheer on the crews who construct creative interpretations of floating cardboard to see if they can stay afloat long enough to circumvent the regatta's course to reach the finish line feet from shore.
Signed limited edition metallic print mounted on foam board with standard black frame.
